TURNING POINT: Production stories (summer 2022) – introducing Sweet Patootee Arts…

Islington-based Sweet Patootee Arts have brought together a top-notch production team of acclaimed creatives in every discipline.

We’re all agreed: we want to continue as members of a collective who continue with other work; but when opportunities present we’ll come together as Sweet Patootee Arts production team.

Our aim is to go on producing high-quality Black heritage-inspired Drama, Factual and Interdisciplinary Arts projects together – giving more great learning opportunities for future trainees…

Works that continue to blend creative participants reflecting diverse backgrounds and experiences – from high-profile professionals to community volunteers; engaging nationwide (and international) audiences, as well as general public; whilst providing great content and resources for our partner/collaborators across the learning, arts & heritage, community development, and dementia support, sectors.

TURNING POINT is launching us in fine style! Sweet Patootee Arts reflects shared commitment. But huge thanks just the same – we’re family, innit.
