CORONAVIRUS UPDATE ON PLANS FOR SWEET PATOOTEE ARTS’ ACTIVITY

24.04.2020

A big hello to everyone reading.

We hope that you are keeping well through these extraordinary times.

While we continue to follow government guidance on the COVID-19 pandemic, in the interests of the wellbeing of our creative collaborators, partners and the public, all of our public programme is postponed until further notice.

TURNING POINT’s main production and creative workshops cannot now commence this summer as planned. This work will resume in 2021. We will post the revised project schedule here on our website and on our social media in October 2020.

In the meantime, we’re exploring projects that can be developed or adapted in a digital or remote space – and how we make our organization fit for purpose, when the emergency is passed. We’ll bring you news about new digital activity in May 2020.

We fully support the position ACE has taken to best support the sector during these challenging and unprecedented times, details of which can be found here – https://www.artscouncil.org.uk/covid19

Thank you for your understanding.

With very best wishes

Rebecca and Tony
